The new technology of oil production from the sea bed offer to do it from dry module – the most suitable place for human to work. Dry module will be mounted in the sea bed and supplied with everything needed for technology and human: air, energy, materials etc. The same concrete cupolas possible to use as oil reservoirs.

The oil companies are forced to apply great  efforts for the elimination of existing platforms and construction the safe devices for sub sea production of oil.

The underwater concrete shells (dry modules) do creates normal dry conditions for underwater human work that is the best solution for the safe production of oil from the seabed. To create concrete cupolas possible with assistance of metal double shells which will be used in sea bed as form-work for reinforced concrete core of cupolas.

The following pictures demonstrate how to make concrete cupolas on sea bed:

The works necessary to do for mounting concrete cupolas:
  1. Cleaning the sea bed for radial foundation of concrete cupolas and prefabricated unit.
  2. Underwater mounting the double shell cupolas and prefabricated unit.
  3. Filling the double shell dome with concrete pushing out the water.
  4. Filling the concrete cupolas with air pumping out the water.
  5. Staffing the dry concrete cupolas with equipment for technological needs via prefabricated unit.

Dismounted constructions possible remove from dry module in the same way just like all equipment and people arrived there – via prefabricated unit, used for communication with supplemental ship.
